Description: This proposal considers the deployment of a GO annotation application by a web tool with two levels of access. In the first, automatic annotations of gene products are perform inferring from pre-trained factor-graphs with standard datasets (model organism data). The second, and the most challenged one, considers a user-guided training, i.e., the user may provide annotation repositories, and specify different policies for data characterization to achieve training datasets.
